Project information of plague infection
Since marmots are the natural host and transmitter of plague. We have collected the microarray and RNA-Seq data of several mammals, which are considered to contribute to the dispersal of plague. By using the imbedded tools, users could easily analyzed and visualized the gene expression profiles. Currently, 6 projects and 229 samples, encompassing diverse tissues, were collected from NCBI.
