Project information of hibernators
The physiology of most marmots is highly adapted to cope with the harsh environment by hibernating. We have collected the microarray and RNA-Seq data of several mammal hibernators. By using the imbedded tools, users could easily analyzed and visualized the gene expression profiles. Currently, 14 projects and 307 samples, encompassing diverse tissues, were collected from NCBI.
